Rajans International Scout Gathering Of Centennial 2013, is an International Scout Jamboree to mark the Centenary Celebrations of 1st Kandy Dharmaraja Scout Group (1913 - 2013) of Dharmarja College, Kandy, Sri Lanka.
The birth of the Boy Scout Movement in 1907 in the Brownsea Island, England, following the footsteps of the founder Lord Baden Powell, Dharmaraja College, Kandy formed its own 1 st Kandy Dharmaraja Scout Group in 1913. It was due to the enthusiasm and the drive of the then Principal Mr. K. F. Billimoria with the scout master Mr. J. H. de Saram, who became the first native Chief Commissioner of Scouting in Ceylon and Mr. G. H. de Saram as his deputy.
Presently the 1st Kandy Dhrmaraja Scout Group is the best scout group in the island which won the "Island Merit Flag" awarded for the "Best scout group in the Sri Lanka" from 1993 up to now consecutively.
To mark the centenary celebrations of the 1 st Kandy Dharmaraja Scout Group, organizing this International Scout Jamboree ""RISGO Centennial 2013", together with the Old Rajans Scout Association which is the first old scout union in the island at the Lake View Park International Scout Centre, Kandy Sri Lanka from 18th Feb 2013 to 22ndnd Feb 2013.
